My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional: integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional covering Southern Westchester, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and business methods. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies enable me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

My Experience

I founded the Gramatan Realty Group in the fall of 2006. GRG was established to respond to a need on the part of owners and renters in Gramatan-managed buildings for a source of advice and counsel on the sale and purchase of real estate.

I offer 15 years of diverse residential real estate experience to Gramatan Realty Group clients. While this experience includes significant success representing owners and buyers of single-family homes in the often frantic Westchester County real estate market, a good portion of my business has always been in assisting sellers and prospective buyers with the purchase and sale of area coops and condos. Prior to founding Gramatan Realty Group, I was principal broker at the Seymour Group, a residential real estate practice in Westchester County, and before that, an award-winning realtor with the Prudential Centennial Agency. Earlier in my career, I held senior executive positions with major New York advertising and marketing agencies, and immediately after college was the Assistant Farm Director of the Baltimore Orioles!
